At the GRATI Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality digital experiences and thoughtfully made products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Online Courses

All digital products, including The GRATI Framework online course, are non-refundable.

Once access to The GRATI Framework or any digital materials has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

We encourage all participants to engage fully with the course materials, as personal results are directly connected to the time, intention, and effort you choose to invest in the experience.

Graphic T-Shirts and Physical Products

All graphic t-shirts and physical products are made to order and custom created specifically for each customer.

Because these items are handcrafted per order, all apparel and physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Exceptions

If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
